I am a patient of Dr. H. Karamitsos for about six years now. I can honestly say, without any doubt in my mind, that I will ever find another like him when/if he retires. The wait is decent, clinic is pleasant and so is the staff, very friendly. Dr. Karamitsos dedicates time and attention to his patients and is available for me when I need him. He also understands that not always a doctors visit is required and is great with fixing small, non emergency issues over the phone. He makes you feel comfortable and safe, and as if that wasn't enough, his colleagues are great too! So in the event I can't see Dr. Karamitsos right away I resort to Dr. Plakogiannis next (also excellent!). its like I found the dream team of OBGYN's. Dr. K, I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for being such an outstanding, fantastic professional and I want you to know I appreciate you and you are god sent!!!!!
Dr. Karamitsos is the best cancer-related OB/GYN surgeon I have ever found- professional, caring, thorough, patient, attentive, knowledgable, and put you at complete ease!! I am very grateful to him for his preventive care and surgery he performed on me several years ago. He has changed my life for the better, making me healthy, happy, active, carefree, and now at 64, I am still diving, doing Tango, swimming, traveling, and enjoying life.
